Not to Complain

Judah's troops led the way with the rest of the tribes following. Dan's troops went last, serving as a rear guard. While they traveled, the ark would sometimes be set down so the people could rest. Whenever it was set down, Moses would shout, “Return, O Lord, to the countless thousands of Israel!” And whenever the ark set out again Moses would shout, “Arise, O Lord, and let your enemies be scattered! Let them flee before you!” 

 

They were headed to a place called the wilderness of Paran. But after only three days journey, some of the people became quite weary. It was at this point they made a very big mistake.
